Impact of stress on you physically and emotionally. When you are stressed you will breathe shallow and fast. By changing your breath your body & mind immediately calms.

Balance

You can create balance through certain breath techniques. Balance can reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep and bring a sense of calm.

Energise

Energise your body and mind with the energising breathwork. Practice first thing in the morning or during the afternoon slump.

Science led

Learn how and why using your breath makes such a difference. Understanding what and why you are doing the exercises will bring deeper awareness

Sleep

How you breathe has a direct impact on the quality of your sleep. Whether you struggle going to sleep or staying asleep, breathwork increases the quality of your sleep

Guided meditations

 Snuggle up and relax with guided meditations during the sessions and at home – you receive bespoke meditations to listen to whenever you need to relax and let go.
