Women Only

For women navigating change who need space to pause and reset

Date:
Location: Kingston Quaker Centre, Fairfield E, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2PT
Price: £120 / Early bird £99 until 15th May

A nurturing day retreat for women who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Step out of the noise, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through breathwork, somatic movement and guided reflection.

There are times in life when everything starts to feel like a lot.

You may still be managing things on the outside, work, family and responsibilities, but inside, something feels different.

You are possibly more tired. More overwhelmed. Less clear on who you are or what you need. You might even feel as though you have lost who you are.

You have probably been holding it all together for a long time. Pushing through. Carrying on. Putting yourself at the bottom of the list. Or at the back of the line.

And now something in you is asking for space. This might be through overwhelming emotion. Or a sense of numbness. Or possibly physical signs are starting to arise.

This day is an opportunity to step out of the noise and come back to yourself.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is for women who:

You don't need any experience with breathwork or somatic practices. Just a willingness to show up as you are.

What You Can Expect From the Day

This is not about fixing you. It's about giving you space to listen, feel, and begin to reset.

The day will include:

Nervous system regulation Simple, practical breathwork techniques to help your body settle, feel softer and feel less tense. Tools you can take into daily life.

Guided self-reflection Structured but gentle prompts to help you understand what's going on beneath the surface and to untangle the stuckness or confusion you are feeling. This helps reduce the overwhelm and gain clarity.

Somatic movement Slow, accessible movement to reconnect with your body and release built-up tension.

Conscious Connected Breathwork A deeper guided session to support emotional release, clarity, and reconnection.

Space to be seen (optional sharing) There will be opportunities to share and be witnessed, but no pressure to speak.

Time to pause Moments of quiet, integration, and simply not having to do anything.
