Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner 2024, Regulation Breathwork Facilitator 2024, Conscious Connected Breathwork (Journey the Breath) 2024, Advanced EMDR 2025 Compassionate Inquiry Intern 2025. How often will we meet for therapy?

What is breathwork?

What type of breathwork does Giselle practice?

Giselle is trained in functional breathwork and consious connected breathwork.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

Is breathwork suitable for everyone?
